This celebrity guest is co-host of the popular Trail Show, a podcast with the tag line "Less Gear, More Beer". The Princess of Darkness (POD) is a triple crown long distance hiker, who has teamed up with a group of other long distance hikers to encourage listeners to get on the trail!
We chat about her list of long distance hikes the Appalachian Trail, Continental Divide Trail and the Pacific Crest Trail. The list doesn't stop there! She has also completed the Colorado Trail, Sierra High Route and many others including the Te Araroa in New Zealand.
