Renee Patrick was given her trail name, She-Ra, when she hiked the Appalachian Trail after her time in the Peace Corps. Later she hiked the Pacific Crest Trail and the Continental Divide Trail to complete the triple crown of long distance hiking.
We also talk about some of her many other trails on top of those, as well as some of her past work and college experience. Her business Hikertrash is loved in the hiking community.
She recently picked up the sport of Pack Rafting and is on the board for the Oregon Desert Trail.
