Jim Miller started hiking in the 1950's and still gets out often. We start out talking about his role in naming the North 350 Blades, the Pacific Crest Trail Association trail crew chapter that covers the Pacific Crest Trail's northern most 350 miles.
Amongst his great stories, he tells about he and his wife helping the Forest Service count and track Marmots in the Olympics. Also, he talks a bit about his nickname, Bigfoot Jim!
Here is a link to the food company Packit Gourmet that Jim talked about.
