This mine is visible from the Mountain Loop Highway. There is plenty of parking and the Red Bridge Campground, located directly across the highway, has a toilet. The mine was a bust at the time it was blasted as it is only 90 feet long. Brave explorers will touch the wall at the back end!
An interpretive sign talks about the Boom and Bust era that the mine was blasted out in around the turn of the century.
